our story

Our journey at Oopa Fresh started in Miami, when we had just brought our baby daughter into the world.  My wife Patty and I were both born and raised amid a vibrant cultural melting pot, immersed in Miami’s immense diversity. Naturally, our lives were infused with a deep appreciation for tastes and culinary traditions. With an abundance of locally sourced and organic ingredients at our disposal, my experience as a local chef fueled our passion for crafting tiny meals to feed our newest family member. Each creation is a testament to our commitment to sharing the city’s culinary culture with you and your little ones.

we love family

Like most, we believe that building strong family ties is at the core of every healthy community, society, and the planet as a whole. We strive to lead by example by cultivating a harmonious unity between us and  our little ones. We believe there is no better way to show that care than by providing them with the best food and allowing them to develop their full potential.

we love food

We… loooooove… food! Coming from a long line of immigrants spanning from Eastern/Western Europe to South America and the Caribbean Islands, our culinary heritage includes a huge range of flavors, techniques and history.

our food is made from clean, all-organic ingredients and incredibly creative flavors. but in addition, our purees and snacks are packed with essential nutrients and superfoods, free from additives, preservatives, hormones, antibiotics and are made weekly from absolutely fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.

it is simple, clean and sustainable.

we realized that we had in our hands an opportunity to create a business that benefited us all: the children, the environment, and of course, ourselves. to that end, we envisioned a local operation that includes personal delivery, the same method our grandparents told us the “milkman” used to bring milk to our doorsteps.

There’s no need for expensive and wasteful shipping/packaging or delicate perishable food traveling long distances and handled by many hands. This is the simplest and healthiest way to bring food to your baby’s table. Stop stressing and let us figure it out for you.
